Joined by the families of murdered police officers Anthony Dwyer and Harry Ryman, Pat Lynch calls for the NY state Parole Board to deny the parole requests of two cop-killers. During the followup Q & A, Lynch states that this state should have a viable death penalty. Police Officer Harry Ryman’s daughter, Margaret, talks about the loss to her family and how having to testify every two years at parole hearing is like reliving the nightmare.
