Patrolmen's Benevolent Association President Pat Lynch note that “our members are justifiably outraged by this draft decision."

A draft proposal for the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association contract circulated by a state mediator has drawn ire from union president Pat Lynch.

The draft, which Lynch said was released by the Public Employment Relations Board, calls for a 1% annual raise for rank-and-file officers over the next two years.

The board assigned an arbiter to hash out a deal between the city and the union, which reps 24,000 cops.

“Our members are justifiably outraged by this draft decision,” Lynch said.
