LYNCH: COP-KILLER CAN NEVER REPLAY DEBT TO FAMILIES

April 6: PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

“We believe that we have a solemn obligation to the families of police officers who are killed in the line of duty to do all that we can to help them physically, morally and financially.  The loss of these brave police officers continues to cause pain and difficulties for those left behind that never diminishes, even with the long passage of time.”

April 8: PBA president Patrick J. Lynch added:

“Herman Bell can never repay the pain and suffering that he has inflicted on the families of two brave police officers and the city that they served.  He has denied two families the priceless warmth and love of a husband and father.  Absent a viable death penalty, justice will be served by Herman Bell remaining in prison for the rest of his life.”
