November 18, 2008 Re: FICA Line of Duty Injury Reimbursement Update The NYPD’s Office of Labor Relations informs us that the FICA LODI payments for calendar year (CY) 2003 was mailed on 11/13; CY2004 on 11/14; and CY 2005 will be mailed by 11/18. The only outstanding years are 1991 and 1992. There was a calculation error that is currently being corrected by the IRS. We will advise of any developments regarding those years.
