The PBA continues to press for a new parole board hearing for cop killer Herman Bell noting that the board admitted to the Daily News that they didn’t review sentencing minutes until after the decision was made. The law, which the board is ignoring, requires a rescission of the parole date and that a new panel rehear the case.
