Following an appearance in Bronx Criminal Court where dates were being set for the trial of six MOS in the ticket fixing case, Pat Lynch explains to several reporters that the officers should never have been charged with a crime and that the PBA has supported them and will continue to support them with the best attorneys and by appearing at virtually every court date in support of these wrongfully accused officers.
