- Pricing: $39.00 per month for passport privilege (all
141 clubs)
- There is a one-time $49.00 processing fee for all
members.
- The corporate rate is ongoing, there is no time limit
to join.
- Please let one of the fitness advisors know which
company you are calling from.
- Program offered to spouses, life partners and children
over the age of 18. Employee id is required for validation purposes.

- TSI will convert any existing NYPD employee to the
corporate rate provided they are not currently contractually obligated
with TSI already.
- Family members are not eligible to convert.
- This rate can only be accessed by calling the dedicated
toll free number, see above.
- You will need to sign the membership agreement and
provide a copy of your ID.
- Each membership comes with a complimentary session
with a personal trainer.
- Each membership is for a initial term of one year,
afterwards you will go on a month to month status.
