PBA president Pat Lynch talks to another arrest video that has arisen in the 72 Pct.

PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

“This dark, grainy video didn't capture, as most videos don't, the crime that led to the arrest in the first place. No one should ever resist arrest nor should anyone interfere with an arrest in progress.   Making an arrest is dangerous  in and of itself  and it becomes more so when an individual interferes with the lawful actions of police officers.”
