As you know, retroactive increases on base salary and overtime will be paid in the August 8th paycheck. If any police officer believes that the pay that they receive is incorrect, they should prepare a Pay/Time Inquiry Form (PD 138-152), a copy of which is linked from here, and submit the form with all supporting documentation to their command timekeeper, who is required to process the form and conduct an investigation regarding the inquiry. Should you experience any problems submitting the form at the command level, kindly contact your delegate.
Retirees should submit their Pay/Time Inquiry Forms directly to the Payroll Section at 1 Police Plaza, Room 1018, New York, NY 10038.
