PBA vows to fight for Bronx trustees to continue in union functions

The PBA had fought and won the right for three Bronx trustees to continue in their union functions while the so called “ticket fixing” case was being heard but today, the Appellate Court overturned the lower courts decision.  PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

“We are reviewing our options but we believe that we will prevail in having our members select who represents them.”
