Cop-killer Alexander Bonds was punished more than two dozen times while locked up for an armed robbery in Syracuse, disciplinary records show.
Bonds, who fatally shot an NYPD veteran in the head early Wednesday, bounced around several prisons as he served nearly seven years of an eight-year sentence for the robbery. He was paroled in 2013.
While in the slammer, Bonds was repeatedly confined to his cell or sent to solitary, with violations that included assault, fighting and possessing weapons and drugs.
Other infractions included harassment, smoking, smuggling and creating a disturbance.
All told, he was disciplined for 29 separate incidents between April 2006 and December 2010, four of which were listed “Tier 3,” the most serious level of infraction in the state prison system.
Bonds, 34, spent nearly 11 months in solitary confinement between Dec. 2010 and Nov. 2011 for fighting and assaulting an inmate, the records show.
He was punished with another 6 months in the hole for possessing a weapon in Sept. 2009, according to his disciplinary history.
Bonds was still on parole when he gunned down NYPD Officer Miosotis Familia, a mother of three, as she sat in a mobile command post in The Bronx.
Bonds had posted rage-filled rants against officers on Facebook, where he also boasted about his stints in prison.
