Pat Lynch furious over 90 day sentence for OWS assault on a Police Officer

PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

“Ninety days for felonious assault on a police officer is far too lenient.  Regardless of what brought her into contact with the officer, her intent was to harm him and she did.  We are furious that this woman who attempted to cloak her willful assault of a police officer in the mantle of patriotic civil disobedience will get off with a slap on the wrist when she deserves much more time in jail.”
