PBA President Says Police Shouldn't Have to Work the Paid Detail

PBA President Patrick J. Lynch said:

“New York City police officer should not have to rely on work provided by Paid Detail Unit in order to support their families. If New York City police officers were paid the market rated pay the state requires there would be no need for them to work extra jobs.”
