PBA President reacts to the defeat of the 9/11 Zadroga Bill

PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

"If there ever was a bill that should be exempt from petty politics from both sides it's the Zadroga bill. This issue is not about dollars and cents, it's about life and death, literally. New York City police officers responded without question or debate on September 11th. It's disgusting that this issue is being argued about nine years later. We did our jobs; now do yours."
