PBA President reacts to the Court of Appeals decision not to hear a case where a gun collar was overturned by a lower court

PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said: 

“The refusal to hear this case is another bad decision by the courts that will ultimately make our streets more dangerous. Police officers' training and experience equips them to spot someone carrying an illegall weapon. The courts must learn that stops made at the discretion of a trained and experienced police officer are professional judgments and not mere hunches.”
