Statement By PBA President Pat Lynch re Court of Appeals agreeing to review cop-killer Pablo Costello's case

PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

“Not only should this cop-killer never be granted parole — his case should not have been granted an audience before the state's highest tribunal. Officer Guttenberg didn't get any second chances and neither should any of his killers.”
