Lynch: Cop-killer can never repay debt to families (1)

PBA president Patrick J. Lynch added:

“Herman Bell can never repay the pain and suffering that he has inflicted on the families of two brave police officers and the city that they served.  He has denied two families the priceless warmth and love of a husband and father.  Absent a viable death penalty, justice will be served by Herman Bell remaining in prison for the rest of his life
