Pba President Calls Budget Without More Cops “…Dangerous and Short Sighted”

PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

“We are in dire need of more police officers if we are to control shootings in our neighborhoods. It is dangerous and short sighted not to hire more police officers particularly when the City finances can support an investment in safe streets. Safety is the engine that powers our economy. A safe city thrives while a dangerous one dies.”
