PBA President slams the concept of CCRB satellite offices

The PBA slams the concept of CCRB satellite offices.  PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

“We have yet to see any real reforms from the new management of the CCRB.  In the past, the CCRB has been run as a cop-hating branch of the New York Civil Liberties Union, doing nothing more than providing an easy way for criminals to punish their arresting officers. Until they make substantial changes to their operation, additional access only makes it easier for criminals to file complaints.”
