PBA statement on arrest of subway shooter

PBA President Patrick J. Lynch said:

“New Yorkers are finally safe from this dangerous maniac, all because police officers on patrol saw him, confronted him and put him in handcuffs. There are many things our city can and must do to make our subways and streets safer, but nothing is more important than supporting the cops on the street.”
